PROGRAM:

DAY 1 – Montecatini Terme and Montecatini Alto.
Arrival at the airport of Pisa or Florence and transfer to the reserved hotel at your own arrangement and your own charge. Possible independent excursion to Montecatini Terme and Montecatini Alto. Dinner and overnight at the hotel (*).

DAY 2 – Thermal treatments: a day at the thermal baths of Montecatini
Breakfast in hotel, the day is dedicated to the thermal treatments in Montecatini Terme.
1 Entrance to thermal oasis, 1 thermal bath; 1 relaxing back massage (Tot. 120 minutes).
In the afternoon entrance in the thermal swimming pool and relaxing massage (20 minutes). During this day you can fit yourself and clear your body by the stress collected during your trip. Dinner and overnight (*).
If you sleep in Grotta Giusti hotel this day will be enjoyed inside of the Grotta Giusti Spa with the following treatments: entrance in the thermal swimming pool, Thermal steam bath in the natural Grotta (50minutes), 1 antis tress massage (50 minutes).

DAY 3 – Collodi, garden of Villa Garzoni, Butterfly House, citrus fruit garden and Wine Tasting in a farm nearby.
Breakfast in hotel and departure to Collodi. Along the road for Collodi you can stop at Ponte all’Abate for the independent visit of the Bonsai Museum where you can admire various plants as olive trees and a small wood of cypresses. Later visit of the Park of Pinocchio and the garden of Villa Garzoni. In the afternoon departure for independent visit of the citrus fruit garden in Pescia, a beautiful garden that contains over 200 varieties of citrus fruit coming from the whole world.
At the end of the visit departure to Montecarlo of Lucca, a small medieval town, situated on a mountain surrounded by vineyards, very well known for its red and white wines. Visit of the village with Pretorio Palace, the church of S. Andrea, the small theatre of the “Rassicurati”, the boundaries, the tower etc. subsequently come down toward the place of S.Piero. Stop in a typical farm for a tasting of Tuscan wines. Dinner and overnight (*).

DAY 4 – Thermal swimming pool in Monsummano Terme – Vinci
Breakfast in hotel and departure for the thermal baths of Grotta Giusti in Monsummano Terme. Entrance to the beautiful thermal swimming pool, a mirror of water of 750 sqm, with a great water fall and under water massage with water at 35° Cs, fed in perennial way by thermal bicarbonate, sulphate, calico, magnesia water at 35° Cs. Light lunch inside the complex. In the afternoon you can continue to relax in the Spa or visit the surroundings. You can visit Monsummano Terme and/or continue to Vinci, birth place of Leonardo, it is possible to visit Leonardo’s Native House (admission fee) and the Museum that contains a great collection of models and machinery, inspired to the projects of Leonardo (admission fee). Leisure time to visit the city. Dinner and overnight in hotel (*).

DAY 5 – Pistoia City and Pistoia Underground
Breakfast in hotel and departure for the free visit of Pistoia. A traveller wrote at the of the 19th century- “Those people who don’t know Pistoia, cannot imagine what artistic treasures hide here” and it is exactly this to surprise the visitors that stir through its enchanting roads and plazas on foot: not only thanks to its famous buildings but also due to the atmosphere that tries him losing in the roads of the city. You can visit the most important monuments of the historical centre and Pistoia Underground (admission fee included in the package). Dinner and overnight (*).

DAY 6
Breakfast in hotel and transfer to the airport of Pisa or Firenze with rental car, or continuation of the tour in Tuscany with possible additional nights.
