The Sezione Turismo of Confindustria Pistoia

The local tourism infrastructure system has been well explored, with all its potentialitities, through studies of Pistoia University, more in detail, by active members of Tourism Science Degree courses.

On this studies, the Sezione Turismo of Confindustria was entrusted to represent the tourism infrastructures of the area, together with Terme di Montecatini and Monsummano, Ski District, Parco Giardino di Pinocchio, Pistoia City of Art.

In order to meet the different local requirements, the Sezione Turismo is equipped with a Consiglio Direttivo (Board of Directors) where are present all the components of tourism sector through the Pistoia area. The association members are so represented at the local and regional institutional offices, and other boards of national and international interest, where they are regularly involved in research and development activities.
